Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva’s weight

For his last five fights, Jake weighed in at 190 lb (13 st 5 lb). In comparison, the former UFC Middleweight Champion comes in at 185 lb (13 st 2 lb).

Anderson, who is nicknamed The Spider, has fought in Middleweight and Light Heavyweight, so his weight has varied over his career.

The upcoming fight will have a 187 lbs weight limit, which was requested by Anderson’s team as the 47-year-old was asked to cut to 175 lbs for his fight with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Speaking to ESPN about the weight limit, Jake said: “The plan is for me to fight at 185 lb going forward and that’s what I wanted this fight at given it was the weight Anderson Silva fought at during his reign as the most dominant UFC champion ever.”

“Anderson’s team asked if we could set the weight at 187, two pounds more than what I wanted. That level of professionalism and precision is appreciated, and of course I agreed to his request,” he continued.
