If you’re a frequent listener to Radio 95.1 Rochester, you’ve probably heard the news the Earl David Reed Show has been cancelled.
The radio show made its debut in 2020 but, less than two years later, fans are being forced to wave goodbye.

What happened to the Earl David Reed Show?
The Earl David Reed Show made its debut on Radio 95.1 Rochester in August 2020, filling a vacancy after the exit of Kimberly Ray and Barry Beck.
Less than two years after the show launched, it appears as though it has now been cancelled and the 2pm to 6pm slot has now been filled by other hosts.
Comedian Earl David Reed has yet to address the news on social media, and fans are looking for more information.
“What happened to the Earl David Reed Show?” one fan tweeted.
“Sad that the Earl David Reed Show is gone,” another wrote.

What is replacing Earl David Reed’s slot?
As per the Democrat & Chronicle, Rizzo & Jeff, hosted by Rich “Rizzo” Deaver and Jeff Daly, will take over the comedian’s slot on Radio 95.1 Rochester.
Taking to social media, the new hosts announced: “I guess the cat is out of the bag! Rizzo & Jeff In The Morning is now Rizzo & Jeff In The Afternoon. Let the new journey begin! Did we mention no music at all, just us talking (that should go over well).”
Before their move, Rizzo & Jeff In The Morning aired on WKHQ-FM in Michigan between 2019 and 2020. The hosts reportedly left the station stating they “wanted to go in a different direction”.
Earl David Reed is a successful comedian
Although it seems Earl David Reed’s time at Radio 95.1 Rochester has come to an end, we’re sure we’ll hear plenty more from him.
