Generally we collect a photograph of your face and your name and possibly your email address. The information we collect from you when you use the Blink Identity VIP Lane is handled in accordance with our online privacy policy, available here:

Before attending an event, you enroll in the service by using your cell phone to send us a forward facing photograph of your face, your name and your email address. The photograph is converted to a special unique code called a template, and it is that template that our system will use to identify you. Your template is unique to you. Similarly, when you use the Blink Identity Lane at a venue, our device takes a photograph of you and converts it to a template. That template is compared to the enrolled template to authenticate your identity. The Blink Identity device does not store photographs.

We offer the convenience of the Blink Identity VIP Lane at the entrance of many venues, amphitheaters and other public spaces. Blink Identity helps to facilitate entry into the venue and helps prevent fraud.

+ What are the devices used at the VIP Lane?

At a venue, the Blink Identity system contains a special machine vision camera designed to capture photographs at a high speed and in any lighting condition.

+ How do the devices work?

The benefits of the Blink Identity VIP Lane are available via Face Recognition Technology (FRT). You enroll yourself using your cell phone camera.

The Blink Identity devices themselves do not store your personal information. Rather, your template is connected via a secure link to an encrypted database. This allows us to associate you with the tickets you have purchased.

+ What information is collected and how is it used?

We use the information collected to deliver the best possible VIP experience. The Blink Identity VIP Lane allows streamlined entrance into a venue and may be connected to your tickets or other resources through an unique code shared with our partners.

We may also use the information we collect to send you information about products and services that we think may be of interest to you, but you can always choose not to receive marketing information from us. We will not use information collected in connection with or to personalize or target advertising to children under age 13.

Aggregate information can be used to better understand guest behavior and make improvements to the guest experience.

We don’t connect or share with government databases or outside data sources. We may share aggregate information about your experiences with our partners, but you can always choose not to receive marketing from us.

+ Are all guests required to use the VIP Lane?

Guests can enjoy any event at the venue without having to participate in the Blink Identity VIP Lane, enroll at the Blink Identity website or provide any personal information. Guests who choose to participate will enjoy expedited access to the venue and other VIP perks that a venue may offer.

Guests can keep their enrollment if they wish and use it on return visits to the venue, based on how each venue chooses to allow or restricut multiple visits. In addition, from time to time, Blink Identity may introduce additional products or services based on the Blink Identity system for guests who choose to maintain their enrollment. Information will be collected in connection with such use of the devices only for guests who chooses to avail themselves of such products and services.

The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures that are designed to protect guest information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification.
