This occurrence occurred in the state of Florida. According to the Miramar Police Department’s report. Around 4:35 a.m., they were both brought to Memorial Hospital Miramar. Both individuals suffered several gunshot wounds when they arrived at the hospital.
The victims, according to the authorities, were already dead. They were already in the hospital when they arrived. The last place the two victims were seen alive was in Fort Lauderdale. On the same day, about 3:20 a.m. The identity of the individual who drove Thomas and Williams to the hospital had not been revealed at this point. Williams and Thomas were among the casualties, along with Melly and Henry, who were members of the group.
When the investigation was finished, it took a while. YNW Melly and Cortlen Henry were arrested and charged with first-degree murder. That’s on two counts as well. Melly allegedly shot Williams and Thomas, according to Miramar police. The Miramar Police Department also claimed to have forensic evidence against the two. They just came to this conclusion and arrested them after that. This was a tremendous setback for Melly and Henry.
On the 13th of February, Melly surrendered to Broward County police. On the 12th of February, the police detained Henry from Texas. They were charged with two charges of first-degree murder by Miramar police. Melly and Henry intended to kill their childhood pals and then make it look like a drive-by shooting, according to police. Melly was charged with shooting the two victims. And Henry was accused of assisting Melly in the cover-up. These charges are also supported by the court documents. Henry was found to be the one who drove the bodies to the hospital.
Melly had published a photo of four of them before turning himself in to the cops, showing his innocence in the case. Melly had stated alongside the post that he had recently lost two of his brothers and that the system now wants to pursue justice for them. However, there are several stories and lies being spread, but God will be on his and Henry’s side. Melly had pulled the trigger, and Henry was behind the cover-up, according to the Miramar police version. Around 4:35 p.m. on the same day, he drove the SUV with the two bodies to the hospital.
That was demonstrated by the evidence presented to the court. Police had uncovered no evidence of a shooting at the spot where Henry said the incident took place. There was also no indication that there had been any gunfire in the neighbourhood. The associate had given the fake position of Melly before the shoot out, according to the mobile phone records discovered by the police. They also demonstrated that Henry’s route to the hospital was not as he claimed. There were also no automobiles on that street at the time of the incident, according to forensic reports. The trajectory study found that the path of the bullets on the victims and the path of the shots on the automobile did not match, according to the inquiry.
A.40 calibre handgun round casing was also located in the left rear passenger seat, which matched the casing found at the crime site. Melly was seated on the seat, according to the video evidence. According to the autopsy report, the shot that killed William in the right passenger seat came from behind and was angled to the left. The shot was taken from a distance of less than three feet. Finally, the investigation revealed that Melly and Henry drove around with the body for a while before being taken to the hospital. At the time, they were most likely attempting to establish the plot. The motive for the crime was unknown at the time, but it was assumed that it had some monetary implications.
